Making a Walking Stick out of Cherry Wood

I've had to be very careful when cutting this piece of cherry to bring out the lovely grain pattern. Approximately one-third of the length of this stick features the unique 'Dragon Egg' wobble, which shows off the beautiful light golden brown grain perfectly. It will make a stunning designer dress stick when it is finished.

 

 

This handmade walking stick will be approximately 35 inches long when finished.
